As a person that’s rather particular, I have certain rules for when it comes to wearing jewelry. Most of the time I wear some form of silver chandelier earrings, or even dangle ones too, but the rule of thumb is this: I never ever pair it with a necklace. I do this mainly as I want the earrings to be the star of the show. Too much bling distracts the eye, and would prefer to double up on simple arm candy instead. Same goes the other way. I only wear a necklace when I’m not wearing earrings. It’s a thing, as its how I style, but I end up getting compliments on my jewelry pieces as people can see them better. Let’s be honest – who doesn’t want a compliment!
