My sense of style when I dress, is that I envision that I’m in a country, city, town, or place. Today reminds me of the many road trips taken up the California coast, past the iconic landscape and Beatnik roots, all the way to San Francisco. The book “On The Road” changed my life. I identified with how Jack Kerouc traveled, as I traveled that way too. A lot of people get the monday blues – this is where I mix it up. Just looking at these flowered pants makes me HAPPY. I’m not even a flowery person. But it does make me want to get in my car and go…..
“There was nowhere to go but everywhere, so just keep on rolling under the stars.” – On The Road.
“Great things are not accomplished by those who yield to trends and fads and popular opinion.”
– Jack Kerouac
