Accessorize, accessorize, accessorize. How many times have you heard that? I have never been a traditional belt wearer, and if I do it’s always with a twist. The great element of wearing scarfs as belts is that the texture is softer, creating a causal look to any outfit. I use vintage silk scarfs to add a POP of color, and pretty much always tie them at the side. Today I’m wearing neutral tones while using different fabrics to add texture. The color combination of black, yellow, and cream of the silk scarf, work well with the outfit. And I agree with that theory, although sometimes the best accessory is the littlest one.
