One of the best road trips I have ever taken was through the Scottish Highlands. The four of us traveled and traversed the lush highlands,passing relics of ancient castles along the way. Some of the castles remains were pretty intact, others just a wall here and there. The castles that were still intact, we would get out of the car and wonder the grounds imagining what it would have fully looked like back in the 1200’s. Sure the trip was cold and damp, but it didn’t matter as I gleefully kept telling everyone “We’re in Braveheart Country!” I wore boots, woolly cardigans and lots of layers. See when I think out outfits to wear I always get inspired by places I have been or want to go to. Todays look reminds me of the highlands, with inspiration of lush green grass and the brown colors of the soft soil beneath. Seek adventure, travel and be inspired in every single way!
