I want to start a series focusing on the 5 acts below. May is a transitional month. We aren’t halfway through the year; we’re almost at the tail end of the new season (spring), and the gusto to get it all right and live our best lives is taking up rent in my head. With that said, let’s get to it!
USING: I use a tinted moisturizer each day. For the longest time, I wouldn’t use anything. I’d go bare face. But taking an extra moment to look more polished and effortless has done wonders for my mood!
SUPPLEMENTING: Getting the heck away from gummies! Did you know that 97% of the for-your-health-gummies on the market are full of crap ingredients? Mainly sugar! Since coming across this information, I’ve made swaps where needed.
READING: Anything and all things wellness online! I have entered the Biohack chat. I am eager to learn more about ways to better my health. (More to come on that later.)
LISTENING: I’m in my Taylor Swift era! Yes, I know, I am THAT LATE to the Swiftie game. Since she played here at So-Fi Stadium last August, I have gone down the rabbit hole of creating core memories for my modern self. No, I wasn’t lucky to see her live (tickets were so hard to get), but the live concert was epic to watch.
DOING: Moisturizing my body! Did you know 50% of people don’t moisturize their bodies? In an effort to create better routines for myself, this has become a high priority with my after shower routine.
