With such conviction and bravado, I think we tell ourselves that we’re living the moment. Without a doubt some of us are, but for the rest of us, well are we? One thing I know for sure, is that there are talkers and doers in this world, and a while back I said to myself “I don’t want to be like that person over there, that always says she’s going do something. Nope, I’m gonna be that person that shuts my mouth and just does it.” Sadly over the past few years, I had two deaths in the family that were accidental, which drilled home more than ever to live right now. That’s when I took out my bucket-list and started to tick the big ones off. I have lists for local ones too, and silly ones, but even if you go for coffee with a friend, sometimes the simple act of listening, and being fully present is all you need to live in the moment.
Why One Should Be Living The Moment:
