As I travel so much, I decided to make a book of my travels to send to my family for the holidays and used Chatbooks for the 2nd time. An easy platform to use, I was over the moon when my hardcover book arrived in the mail. I pulled all the photos I wanted to use from my Instagram feed, and I edited the captions to give it a more personal touch. My travels the last few years are special memories for life! It’s a long list from Beijing to Rio, Madrid to Milan, I went to about 30 different cities in all, and they are displayed in the book by date. I believe that memories shouldn’t live just on a phone or in an app. The best memories are often the ones that you can hold in your hand…

I use to keep my negatives from pictures stored in my lock box. Then I started using digital cameras and my phone and my phone pictures are in the cloud. My digital phone pictures are on my hard drive and I
Store a back up flash drive in my lock box. However I do not back up nearly like I should

I’m so old school but I have my photos printed and put in my photo albums. Additionally, I have a special external hard drive for my digital photos, and videos and a dropbox account as well. I don’t mess around hahaha

We still have our old print copies but these days of course, all the photos we take are stored on our computer and we do take the extra step of backing them up on an external drive.
We actually are now looking into scanning photos from our parents’ younger days so that we can store those electronically as well.

I store my memories in my photos on my phone. It would be nice to transfer them to a book, though. I know my sister would definitely treasure this prize because she could fill the book with pictures of her baby.

I have a couple of places (boxes, drawers, etc.) where I keep special memories to look back on. I also like to make a video for special occasions using the photos from my phone!
