As a girl that’s always trying to perfect my nail game, I was excited to attend the opening of Kandiland, Kandi Banks newest nail salon in Los Angeles. As a nail artist to the stars, Kandi has a brilliant knack for seeing what others don’t. “I have an eye for color that is fantastical. I use the idea of objects and food and construct them into shapes.”
With an A-list roster that includes Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, and Demi Lovato to name a few, her talents have seen her become a celebrity herself after having appeared on the Oxygen Networks, Nail’d it.
While visiting Kandiland, I got to chat with Kandi Banks myself, and I loved her down to earth, bubbly persona, that’s approachable, outgoing and set the vibe for what her future plans are for the salon.
While visiting the salon, it was also one part candy store. Fun, bright, colorful and with personality. There was candy everywhere! The pampered salon offers a unique nail and beauty experience for customers seeking luxury with a stylish edge.
